This post could be a victim of its own title if someone removes the video in the link below. Perhaps we, also, need to listen to some of our own advice (here).
So, we have a little schadenfreude in us, and the man in the video is a practical demonstration of not just how the best laid plans of mice and men can go wrong, but that if you don't "CHECK" part of the (Deming) PDCA cycle then you can repeat the same (albeit hilarious) mistake over and over again. Is it insanity, or is what we all do when we go to work?
I'd like to say no animals were harmed in the making of this video, but I'm not so sure.
